Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Packaging Standards
As collectors ourselves, we know how important the condition of the card and blister is. Every single model is carefully inspected, bubble-wrapped generously, and shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure maximum protection during transit. We do not use poly mailers for diecast cars.
Return | Refund — Exceptions
Return | Refund claims are valid for:
- Transit Damaged Goods.
- Wrong products delivered.
An unboxing video is mandatory for starting the return request process. Edited / altered videos will not be eligible for refund.
Note
- QC issues and factory damages/paint issues, wheels not rolling smoothly, etc. within a blind sealed box will not be eligible for a refund.
- In open acrylic boxes, we will verify each model before shipping to ensure MINT models are shipped with sturdy packaging. In case of QC issues, refund claims will be reviewed for these models.
